High Capacity Computing is a new technology service that is available to Yukon researchers. It features a specialized computer (Cap’n Crunch) that is extremely fast with extra memory and storage. The system is designed to handle large jobs such as;
- Dataset analysis
- Molecular modelling
- Weather forcasting
- Physical simulations (i.e. airplanes in wind tunnels)
